We’ve invited you to a final online interview because we would like to offer you a teaching position with the Institute. Our goals for this interview are to confirm your understanding of the work, find out if you want the position, and, if appropriate, offer you the job. To prepare for the interview, please do the following:

1. Read the employment documents posted below. These documents will round out your understanding of the teaching position and provide you with important information about employment with the Institute.

2. Reflect on your first interview and prepare to discuss what you have learned about the responsibilities of an Institute teacher.
