Supervision & Support
Once the teaching term begins, teachers participate in weekly individual telephone meetings with their supervisor. These phone calls are an opportunity for supervisors to provide support and guidance to teachers, help them stay clear on program objectives, and answer their questions. Teacher supervisors are also available by phone and email over the course of the teaching week, should questions arise that need immediate attention. Teachers maintain student records online, giving teachers and supervisors a foundation for productive conversations about student progress and individual needs. Supervisors initiate individual contact with teachers at their discretion.
